the purpose of this blog is to collect the various recruiting and current and former player stat information. also to woe saban and the passing of the sopranos. welcome. to start things off, here’s the current stats for former AU baseball players in MLB/MiLB:

Tim Hudson, Atlanta - 6-4, 55 K, 3.51 ERA (Tim recently notched his 125th career win and is now up to 1210 career strike outs)
Chris Bootcheck, LA Angels - 1-1, 13 K, 4.56 ERA
Levale Speigner, Washington - 2-2, 17 K, 7.79 (after a couple of rough outings, Levale got a nice win over the weekend)
Frank Thomas, Toronto - .228, 8 HR, 22 RBI (Big Frank is just 5 short of 500 career HRs, and currently sits 21st all-time, needing 10 to surpass Eddie Murray for 20th place)
Gabe Gross, Milwaukee - .200, 3 HR, 7 RBI
David Ross, Cincinnati - .186, 6 HR, 17 RBI
